Bhutan in August

Monsoon eases late month — still lush, fewer crowds.

August is similar to July but with rainfall easing in the second half of the month. The valleys are at their most green, and by late August occasional clear mornings start returning. Off-season pricing continues. A good month for travellers who want low cost plus the start of better visibility.
